Bouquet Pepper

A mid-early variety grown for the production of ground red pepper and for drying. The plant is 40–50 cm tall, with 2–3 branches and dark green leaves. The fruits are intense red when botanically ripe, medium-sized, 8–12 cm long and 2.5–4 cm wide at the base. The flesh is sweet and 2–3 mm thick. Growing period: 140–150 days.
