Dwarf French Bean ‘Saxa’

An early dwarf, bushy variety suited to spring and summer sowing. The dark-green, straight, cylindrical pods measure 12–14 cm and are carried around the middle of the plant. The beans swell slowly, while the pods mature together and have very good flavour. They retain their colour when sterilised. The growing period is 45–50 days. The sowing rate is 10–15 kg per decare. One gram contains approximately 2–3 seeds. Average yield is 2–2.5 t per decare.
