Description
The leaf rosette is small. The white-fleshed root reaches approximately 15 cm in length and is 3–4 cm thick at the top, with excellent flavour. Grow for repeated leaf cutting several times during the year as well as for roots. Sow in multi-row bands spaced 25–30 cm apart. The sowing rate is 500 g per decare. One gram contains 600 seeds.
