The source lists iron, vitamins A, C and E, B vitamins, potassium, essential oil, cellulose and chlorophyll, and states that the leaves contain no fat.
Traditional medicinal uses: The source describes dock as a detoxifying plant and lists use for eye pain, swollen glands, anaemia, constipation, cancer, diabetes, excess weight, psoriasis and heart health.
