Description
An annual plant reaching up to 30 cm in height. The fleshy leaves have a distinctive aroma, are rich in vitamin C and offer a mildly pungent, slightly bitter flavour for salads and sauces. Younger leaves are less bitter and pungent. Keep the soil moist throughout the growing period to delay flowering and preserve the leaves’ distinctive taste. The sowing rate is 400 g per decare.
