Medicinal Calendula – Edible Flower
Description
A perennial described as the “sun flower”, grown as a useful herb or for its rich yellow to orange-yellow flowers. Collect fully opened flowers and dry them at room temperature. Calendula grows best in a sunny position and can also be kept in pots. The edible flowers can be added to salads and garnishes.
