Description
Used as a seasoning for vegetable soups, meat dishes and pickles. Its pleasant aroma and flavour come from essential oil found throughout the plant. The leaves are dark green, with slender, long stalks. The sowing rate is 20–25 g per decare. One gram contains 2500 seeds.
