Melon ‘Hybrid 1’ F1

An early Bulgarian variety suited to early outdoor crops and forcing under low tunnels. The large, elliptical fruit weighs 2–3 kg. Its surface is segmented, lightly netted and bright orange. The flesh ranges from yellow to dark orange, with a bread-like texture, good flavour and pleasant aroma. The growing period is 75 days. The sowing rate is 250–300 g per decare, with an average yield of 2.5–3 t per decare. One gram contains approximately 25 seeds.
