Description
Valencia brings sunshine to the garden with medium-sized, perfectly round fruit in a rich orange colour reminiscent of Spanish oranges.
Its clean, fresh, very sweet flavour has a light fruity aroma. Low acidity gives the fruit a mild profile suited to those with more sensitive stomachs, without losing its rich aroma.
The variety comes from Maine, USA, and was popularised in the middle of the 20th century.
